Many offices and individuals have chosen to lease original art instead of buying it outright. Contemporary fine art priced in the thousands of dollars can be leased for a very affordable price. We collaborate with the customers and our artists to create a unique and creative environment.
Work can be replaced as often as every six months to keep a fresh look. In addition, rental fees can be deducted as a business expense.
We try to make your selection of the artworks as fun as possible. Your art committee is welcome to come to the studio for a reception where they can choose the artwork that appeals to them. Then we will come to your office, measure spaces, and prepare a customized portfolio with a price quote. Included in the rental fee is the selection of the artwork, arrangement for delivery, and installation of the art. When work is replaced a nominal fee of 10.00 per piece applies.
A few important points when considering art rentals:
- Rental contracts are in six month increments
- After six months you can continue to rent, select new work, or arrange to purchase the work
- Rental payments are a tax deductible business expense
